New Terminal

Perth Airport has committed to a multi-billion-dollar investment in new infrastructure projects that will deliver the long-awaited ‘one airport’ for the people of Western Australia and host all flight services in a central location, giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.

As part of the consolidation of all commercial flight services into the Airport Central precinct, Perth Airport has commenced the design process for the New Terminal which includes an expansion of the existing T1 International facilities and construction of a new domestic terminal for the relocation of Qantas Group operations.

Registrations of Interest are now open for the Main Works package for the New Terminal and FIT-r Airfield

Following the completion of an initial market sounding exercise in 2025 to help inform the procurement and delivery strategy for the New Terminal Project, and with the development of the Concept Design progressing, Perth Airport is now inviting eligible interested parties to register interest in participating in the future procurement process for the delivery of the New Terminal Project’s Main Works Package (comprising the New Terminal building, contact aprons, remote aprons and associated infrastructure).

We would like to hear from you if you are:

• a major building and infrastructure delivery organisation (or group of organisations) with demonstrated experience and capability as the ‘principal’ or ‘head’ contractor in delivering major building and integrated infrastructure projects (such as airport terminals, hospitals, education facilities, cultural and recreation facilities (e.g. museums and sporting stadiums), railway stations or industrial facilities); and 
• wanting to register your interest in participating in the future procurement process for the New Terminal Project’s Main Works Package (New Terminal and FIT-r Airfield).
