Project Overview
The Arc Infrastructure office building is a purpose-built, three-storey commercial workplace within Skyfields’ growing office park at Redcliffe Metro.
Providing 4,025 square metres of office space, the building will serve as the new headquarters for Western Australia’s rail infrastructure manager. Designed to support contemporary ways of working, the development forms part of Skyfields’ broader vision to create a connected employment hub that brings together workplaces, retail and transport infrastructure.
Strategically located approximately 12 kilometres from Perth CBD, the building benefits from excellent connectivity, including walking-distance access to Redcliffe Train Station, Dunreath Village shopping centre, DFO and Costco.
Its position within the evolving Redcliffe Metro precinct places it at the centre of one of Western Australia’s most significant urban development programs.
