Skyfields expands office park with delivery of new 3-storey building
Skyfields by Perth Airport has marked a major milestone with practical completion of a new three-storey office building at Redcliffe Metro, delivered in partnership with EMCO Building.

The pre-leased development for long-term tenant Arc Infrastructure is Perth's first suburban office in more than seven years and adds another 4,000sqm of gross floor area to Skyfields' growing employment hub adjacent to Redcliffe Station.
Following handover, the building will enter its next phase, with an internal fitout to transform the space into a fully operational workplace.
Dan Sweet, Chief Property Officer at Skyfields, said the delivery of this latest building demonstrates growing demand for well-connected workplace environments that offer more than just office space.
"People spend a significant part of their lives at work, so the quality of the surrounding environment matters. Access to childcare, open space, fitness facilities, retail and public transport all contribute to a more convenient and enjoyable employee experience.
"As more people join the Estate business community, we're focused on continuing to enhance the employee experience through high-quality workplaces, green spaces and everyday conveniences that support wellbeing and work-life balance."
EMCO General Manager Ronan Cosgrove said: “EMCO Building is proud to have delivered this landmark project at Redcliffe Metro, marking another important addition to the Airport Estate's growing employment precinct.
“Projects of this scale rely on genuine collaboration, and this was no exception, with strong relationships built between EMCO, Skyfields and the wider consultant team throughout delivery. We'd like to congratulate Skyfields and everyone involved on reaching this milestone and thank the team for their professionalism and partnership in bringing this development to life,” said Ronan.
The project represents another significant step in the evolution of Skyfields' office park, a hidden pocket of premium workspaces including Rio Tinto, Arc Infrastructure, Byrnecut Mining, Whadjuk Corporation, and Perth Airport corporate headquarters. Located just 15 minutes from Perth CBD, the precinct combines convenient access to major roads, Redcliffe Station and airport terminals, with a quieter, campus-style environment and community vibe.
Employees within the precinct enjoy easy, walkable access to amenities including cafés and childcare, 24-hour gym, green open space, community markets, and ample carparking to service each building. Major retailers such as Costco, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's and DFO are located just minutes away at the Dunreath Drive town centre.
