The Skyfields Community
As the businesses who call Skyfields home grow, so too does our diverse community. Our Town Centre is a place where people come together – whether it’s one of our regular market events, coffee with a friend, relaxing under leafy trees at Linear Park or watching the planes from our viewing platform.
We’re focused on creating more exciting opportunities for connection and collaboration with our community. From the employees who commute in and the shoppers who come for Costco and DFO adventures, to local schools, organisations and neighbourhood groups. As well as the residents and families in Redcliffe, Belmont and other neighbourhoods just minutes away.
Discover some of our places and programs, and if you’d like to keep up-to-date with Skyfields’ urban redevelopment projects, please get in touch.
Student Partnership
Skyfields partners with Belmont City College and local community organisations to deliver student wellbeing initiatives, including mental health workshops and Aboriginal-led mentoring programs. Delivered by Kai Fella Foundation and local Elders, the programs are designed to build resilience, cultural connection and confidence among students. Read more about the partnership and its impact.
Community Events
Our lunch markets are open to all employees and businesses across the Estate. Bring your colleagues along for tasty food trucks, barista coffee, market stalls and live music. Children are also welcome for those wanting to have lunch with their little one.
2026 Markets: Thursdays on 7 May, 9 July, 17 September, 22 October and 26 November
Little Explorers
Working parents can stay close to their young ones with the Ngala Early Learning & Daycare Centre. Conveniently located at the Office Park, it offers an embedded arts and learning program for children aged six weeks to six years. Perth Airport families can also enjoy no joining fees.
There is also an outdoor playground at DFO and recreation area next to Woolworths at Dunreath Village, if the children need some play time during a family shopping excursion.
Student Scholarships
Skyfields is proud to support the next generation of property industry professionals through a scholarship and awards program, in partnership with the Property Education Foundation. Learn more about this program for university undergraduates.

Viewing Platform
Planespotters can enjoy a front-row seat to Perth Airport's main runway from our outdoor viewing platform.
Located on Dunreath Drive with ample free parking and wheelchair access, the platform is elevated for unrivalled views of aircraft arrivals and departures on Runway 03/21.
Open 6.30am – 7pm (October through March) and 7.30am – 5.30pm (April through September).
Linear Park
With outdoor seating, exercise equipment and cafes nearby, Linear Park is the perfect spot for some fresh air.
It hosts regular Skyfields community markets, and barbeque facilities are available for private office gatherings - to book, please contact Aishling Waldron.
Deadspace Arts Collective
What happens when art, property and airports come together? A positive collaboration with ongoing community benefit – as Skyfields discovered when we invited WA artists to take over a 2.8 hectare industrial site. Discover more about the Deadspace collective.
Kwenda Marlark Wetland Walk Trails
Located within the Tonkin Connect Precinct, the Kwenda Marlark Wetland Conservation Area is the setting for walking trails where you can spot habitat regulars such as bandicoots, frogs and scorpions. Regular school tree planting programs happen at Kwenda Marlark and students learn about caring for the environment by helping to revegetate bushland, as well as local Aboriginal heritage.
