As Asset Manager at Skyfields, Thomas works across a portfolio occupied by some of Western Australia's most recognised businesses, including Officeworks, Epiroc, Cummins, WesTrac and The Perth Mint. Working closely with tenants, he helps ensure the spaces they occupy continue to support their people, operations and business objectives.

Having been with Perth Airport for more than four years, Thomas enjoys Skyfields' build-and-hold approach. This gives him the opportunity to build long-term relationships and work with clients beyond completion of their development, as their business continues to evolve and their operational needs change.

One project on his radar is the new headquarters for existing tenant Pacific Energy. Thomas is excited to see construction progressing as the renewable energy giant consolidates its WA operations to a state-of-the-art facility at Perth Airport, to support its ongoing growth.
