Skyfields by Perth Airport has marked a major milestone with practical completion of a new three-storey office building at Redcliffe Metro, delivered in partnership with EMCO Building.

Skyfields, the commercial property arm of Perth Airport, is launching its most significant phase of investment in nearly three decades at a 26-hectare greenfield site approved for retail, lifestyle and entertainment.

Skyfields by Perth Airport has been recognised at the Property Council WA Awards, taking out the Best Retail Development or Redevelopment  category for its Dunreath Village neighbourhood shopping centre.

Construction has commenced on a major renewable energy development by Skyfields, as the airport’s commercial property business continues to expand and diversify its portfolio across the 2,105-hectare estate. 

Skyfields has received Federal Government approval to develop its last major greenfield site for industrial and aviation support services, at the heart of the Airport Estate.

A hand-painted 55-metre-long mural has been unveiled as the first step in a Skyfields led public art trail on the Airport Estate, injecting a fresh pop of vibrancy to the town centre around Dunreath Village and DFO. 

From flying high to feeling immediately grounded – the cutting-edge design for the new Pullman Perth Airport embodies a resort-style escape, set to make Perth’s first airport hotel a destination rather than a stopover.

Site preparation works have commenced on a new 26-hectare precinct that will offer mixed-use development opportunities in an unrivalled location, connected to both Tonkin Highway and Dunreath Drive.

A major renovation will see the Gate 1 complex transformed into a vibrant destination for employees and visitors to dine, relax and connect — right at the heart of Skyfields’ industrial precinct.
